Ice Prison
An armor made from the souls of living things by a certain lord, but somehow it found its way into the world. This armor is made from ice excavated from deep under frigid grounds. Touching it with bare hands would cause that person to lose body temperature and die within seconds. Who can wear it then? A warrior with a burning heart, or a sorcerer with cold blood?

If the wearer's HP is below 40% when attacked, freezes themself for 12 seconds while restoring 2.4%/3.2%/4.0%/4.8%/5.6%/6.4%/7.19%/8.0% of Max HP per second (triggers only once).
